Welcome to the official start of Autumn…I don’t know about you, but it’s my favorite time of year. Here in New York, our weather is amazing and since I live in the mountains, our fall season is stunning! I hope it is where you are, as well!

Hello Everyone!

It’s a beautiful weekend in New York and the leaves are slowly starting to change on the edges. Our nights can get pretty cold where I live and that starts the process…it’s my favorite time of year and I just love to create kits with all the beautiful jewel tones that inspire me so much! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend, wherever you are. 🙂

I’ve begun a new series called, “Seasons.” This will be focusing on that in-between time during the year that focuses on the changing seasons! I’m starting with my new collection, “Summer into Fall.” This new product has all the colors of both summer and autumn, with plenty of unique elements to help you create all your beautiful pages to fill that little gap of time. It’s perfect for all so many occasions such as weddings, gardening, long country “foliage” drives, feminine, as well as, capturing your everyday moments and even card making! I’ve included 2 alphas as part of the kit, instead of a separate pack, so that rounds out this collection with great savings for you!

Hi Everyone,

Well, of course mother nature decided to throw her first snowstorm at us on the weekend of my son’s wedding. We literally went from 80 degrees…head first into winter! Welcome to New York!

Tomorrow I “hope” to be able to travel to all the wedding festivities. I still have a lot to do, so I will just get right to it this week. 🙂

A Time to Gather + Freebie!

Hi Everyone,

Well, I’ve been busy, busy, but it’s time to catch up some 🙂 I hope you are all off to a great weekend! I don’t know, but the weather here in New York seems to have a very dark cloud over it, without a break. November is never a nice month, but it’s been this way a long time, and well, I could use some heat and sunshine from the tropics! I hope it’s nice where you are.

Next week, this time, I will be traveling and preparing for my son’s rehearsal dinner, then his wedding on Saturday, the 17th….the time sure has gone by too quickly. We are having the dinner in a wine room at an amazing Italian restaurant..their food is incredible! I have designed all the centerpieces for the tables, a two-sided cafe board, coordinating table numbers and I am putting the finishing touches on the “guest book.” I’ve done it all from scratch – I’ve made the ball jars to look like mercury glass and the colors of the flowers are so gorgeous for fall…burgundy, fuchsia, blush, gold, rose gold. I’ve also placed battery operated “tea lights” in the bottom of the jars. The chalkboard says, “Choose a seat, not a side, we are all family once the knot is tied.” The other side says, “Tomorrow we do,” so guests will see that as they leave. The guest book is a photo box frame. It will have two photos, one of when they were dating and one for them to fill with their wedding photo. Each guest will sign a wooden heart (edges painted in gold) and drop it in the frame. I’ll gather some photos to share, once things quiet down some around here! LOL Do you do other things besides scrapbooking? I would LOVE to hear your stories…just drop a few thoughts here for everyone to get ideas! What about the holidays? What are your traditions?

The leaves here in the mountains of New York are quickly changing…although, the weather has been crazy. It’s been a very rainy season (since Spring!) and it’s been HOT and humid at 80º …. that could have been the last of it, as it seems it will be much, much cooler in the coming weeks! I hope it’s beautiful wherever you are.

I have received a lot of e-mails with regards as to whether or not I will be bringing back all of my previously sold collections. I will be bringing a few back, but not all. Just a few to give you the opportunity on an “off week” for me, and perhaps, it will be new to many of you! It will be seasonal, so be on the lookout! 🙂 Denim and Flowers is one that is fairly new, but highly requested! Thank you for writing! 😉

As with all my collections, both new and old, I put the highest standard possible into my designs. In them, you will find all unique items, papers, etc., all with the highest quality control to make your memories last a lifetime. Additionally, in not repeating items, you get so much more for your money….I hope you agree. 🙂
